Susan Nell Billiot, 70, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Thursday, January 17, 2019 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Susan was born August 14, 1948 in Abbeville, Louisiana to Olise Hulin and Lula Primeaux Hulin. She was a resident of Port Neches for 21 years and a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches with Reverend Shane Baxter officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m., Friday, January 18, 2019 at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches Susan was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Billiot, Jr. Surviving relatives include her husband, Daniel Billiot, Sr. of Port Neches, Texas; daughter, June Sedtal of Silsbee, Texas; sisters, Leona Rogers of Sioux City, Iowa and Yvonne Combs of Vidor, Texas; brothers, Rodney Hulin of Lumberton, Texas and Kenneth Hulin of Austin, Texas; 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
