Mrs. Rose was my first music teacher at Helena Park, and I still have great memories from then. She and Mr. Rose were bookends in my musical education during school as for many others... So sorry for your loss. The Rose family has given so much to Nederland. Thank you.

Suzi gave me the courage to be a leader, the president of Iota Rhonda chapter of Alpha Delta Kappa Honorary Society for Women Educators. She helped me with through my insecurity and organization of the chapter. Thank you, Suzi, for all you've done for our little band of sisters. I have lost a precious mentor.

Mrs Rose was my first music teacher and taught me a love for music. As I grew older Mr.Rose continued to teach me more about music, in high school I had the option to be a teachers aide and I wanted to go back to Helena park and teach young children music and I enjoyed every minute I had helping her. You will be truly missed Jason Crowell
