Syble Justice Dilocker, passed away March 6, 2013 at Cypress Glen Rehabilitation Center. She was born February 24, 1920 in Woodville, TX to Ethrel Edgar Justice and Jessie Vernon Jordan Justice. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Parker and husband Michael Parker of Ragley, LA and Nelda Dilocker Devillier and husband Gene Devillier of Groves, TX; grandchildren, Jonathan Parker of Ragley, LA, Benjamin Parker of Ragley, LA, and Elisabeth Parker Mancil and husband Johnny Mancil of DeRidder, LA; brother, J.V. Justice and wife Gene Justice of Beaumont, TX; sisters, Jane Mannino of Silsbee, TX, Faye Byrd and husband Howard Byrd of Port Arthur, TX; sister-in-law, Geraldine VanSchoubroek of Beaumont, TX. Syble was a member of the Groves First Baptist Church Senior Adult Choir. She volunteered at the Groves Senior Citizen center and loved to work in her yard and quilting. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 8th at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Services will be Saturday March 9th at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches, TX. In lieu of flowers donations can be made, in memory of Syble, to a charity of your choice. Thanks to friends, family and caregivers for the loving care and support during her sickness.
