Tawny, there are no words to describe the emotional rollercoaster I am on since hearing the news of your departure from your earthly vessel. God saw you tired and He came to bring you to your heavenly home. Sooooo many people lives you touched as you passed through will forever have precious memories of you. Thank you for the ride into work and morning chats years ago, and always lending a helping hand when I needed ideas for kindergarten in the lab. I pray for Robert, Ashton, Allen and your family that God gives them comfort in the difficult days ahead without you. Sweet blessings Tawny Take your rest🙏❤️

Robert, I am so very sorry that Tawny was taken way too soon from you and your boys. She was one of the nicest people I knew. When I came to Hillcrest she always made me feel so special and always had the nicest things to say. We will truly miss our sweet Tawny. God Bless you and the boys and the family. I love you Tawny. She was so patient and kind with her students. She truly cared about her students and put her heart into teaching.. I thank her for the time she put in with my two grandchildren they are in high school now but they always say we need to go back and visit Ms Webb. She shared with them that her son was in the military and she was so proud of him. She will be missed. My condolences to her family.

On behalf of the Port Arthur Independent School District we extend our condolences to the Webb and Smith family. Mrs. Webb was part of our Sam Houston Elementary School family and even though she moved to a different location her positive demeanor and beautiful smile remained in our hearts.

Tawny and I worked together at Hillcrest. Anytime I had a question, she was the one I would go to. She never minded me running through her door at any given time. She was always willing to rearrange her schedule to make sure I was able to do my job and service the kids that were in her class. She was always so patient, understanding, and always making me laugh. I will miss you dearly Tawny. I'll be looking forward to the day that we see each other again.

I met Tawny over 30 years ago when she and my daughters were in the same youth group. We became close through all the youth activities and she was such a good friend to my girls who were a year younger. Then when she met and married Robert theirs was the first wedding ever held in our new sanctuary where her memorial will take place. I loved working with her in Bible School and playing handbells beside her (we misbehaved horribly!) for many years. Then when she began teaching at Hillcrest Elementary, which was my home school for many years, we continued to share commonalities. I loved visiting and laughing with her many Sunday mornings. She was a beautiful person who brightened many lives and will be missed by us all.

I met Tawny many years ago in our youth group at Central Baptist Church in PN. I have so many fond memories of her from church, and at church camps. She was always smiling, laughing and had the best personality ever! Anytime I ran into her over the years she would talk to me like we had never missed any time. I recently was able to visit with her at Southside Baptist Church, she was the same old Tawny with a big smile and full of laughter. She will be greatly missed!

I met Tawney and Robert in 2009 when we came to Southside to serve as Youth Minister. Right from the beginning she would offer to help with anything we needed. My oldest and her youngest were in nursery and children church together for nearly ten years. She would often lead in VBS planning as I would often drive leaders crazy. She always had a good attitude. She was always a great presence and missed when she was gone. She will be missed by so many, but we look forward to worshiping together again one day! Adam and Krystal
