Theda Mae Page Theda Mae Page, 85, of Groves, Texas passed away Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Cypress Glen East Nursing and Rehabilitation in Port Arthur, Texas. She was born on August 9, 1928 in Port Arthur, Texas to Albert J. Poole and Ellie M. Lyons Poole. She was a lifelong area resident and retired as a bus driver from Port Neches Groves Independent School District after 26 years of service. Theda enjoyed playing bingo and was a loyal Port Neches Groves Indian fan and had been a season football ticket holder since 1956. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Monsignor Bennie Patillo of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Port Neches officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Theda was preceded in death by her husband, Gayle A. Page. She is survived by her daughter, Catherine Mobley of Port Neches, TX., three sons, Steven Page and wife Cheryl , of Katy, TX., Richard Page of Port Arthur, TX., and Timothy Page and wife, Melissa of Port Neches, TX., twelve grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
