Thelma Darlene Woodall Roberts, 85, of Vidor, Texas formerly of Groves, Texas died Monday, May 10, 2010 at her residence. Thelma was born October 8, 1924 in Port Arthur, Texas to Jessie Woodall and Josephine Atchison Woodall. She was a lifelong area resident and a member of North Orange Baptist Church, and also a member of Groves/Port Arthur Order of Eastern Star Chapter #953. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 13, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Rev. Scott McIntosh officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 12, 2010 at the funeral home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Roberts and brother, Milton Woodall. Survivors include her daughter, Darlene Carmona and husband, Anthony of Vidor, Texas; sons, Eddie Rice and wife, Cynthia of Lumberton, Texas, Larry E. Rice and wife, Karen of Orange, Texas; brother, Jimmy Easley and wife, Kathy of Port Arthur, Texas; 7 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
