Theodore "Ted" Wukasch, 88, of Groves, Texas passed away Friday, December 14, 2012. Ted was born July 6, 1924 in Loebau, Texas in Lee County to Ernest Wukasch and Erma Malke Wukasch. He was a resident of Groves for 68 years and member of St. Paul Lutheran Church. He retired as a welder from Texaco refinery and was also a U.S. Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Wukasch, daughter, Sherry Cunningham and son, Jerry Wukasch. Survivors include his son, Keith Wukasch of Tomball, Texas; two granddaughters and three great-grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, December 21, 2012 from 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 22, 2012 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Groves with Reverend Richard Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Friends wishing to make memorial contributions may send them to St. Paul Lutheran Church Building Fund.
