Sunday I lost one of the best friends I had ever met. Tom was one of those guys who made life better for those around him. I remember all the great times, the jobs we worked on fishing trips and just hanging out enjoying life. I called Tom and spoke with him just a few days before. I was planning a trip to Port Neches this summer looking forward to seeing him and his family. So in closing with a heavy heart I send my prayers and condolences to Toms family at this difficult time. Rest in peace my Texas buddy. Your Northern friend Councilman Clayton Fite
