Thomas Harold Reddin

Thomas Harold Reddin, 85, of Nederland, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Village Creek Nursing Home in Lumberton, Texas. Thomas was born December 1, 1932 in Crossett, Arkansas to Jessie N. Reddin and Flora Kelley Reddin. Thomas was a resident of Nederland for 65 years and member of Friendship Baptist Church in Groves. He retired as an operator from Gulf Oil after 36 years of service. Thomas proudly served in the U. S. Army. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Dorothy Reddin. Survivors include his three sons, Paul Reddin and wife Debbie of Moses Lake, WA, Glenn Reddin and wife Polly of Santa Fe, TX, and Mark Reddin of Nederland, TX; former daughter-in-law, Pamela Mayer of Kountze, TX; sister, Mae Chachere of Georgetown, TX; four grandchildren, Jeremy, Benjamin, Brandi, and Krystal; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 15, 2018 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves, Texas. A military graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Visitation for family and friends will be Saturday evening from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
