Tilman Ray Hanchey Tilman Ray Hanchey, 73, of Port Neches, Texas died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at his home in Port Neches. Tilman was born January 8, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas to Robert Nelson Hanchey and Edith Hurst Hanchey. He was a Project Manager with Boeing Corporation and a retired US Navy Veteran having served in Vietnam. Tilman was a member of the Nederland American Legion Post 493 and Port Neches VFW Post 4820. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Nelson Hanchey, Jr. Surviving relatives include his sister, Carol Hanchey Silvertooth and her husband Jerry of New Braunfels, Texas; nephew, Robert Craig Silvertooth and wife Gisela of Washington, DC; niece, Stacy Leigh Dabney and husband Christian of Strongsville, Ohio; great-nieces, Sofia and Alexa Silvertooth. Following Tilman's wishes, there will not be any services.
