Tommy H. Smith

Tommy H. Smith, 89, of Nederland, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 25, 2021 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Magnolia Church in Port Neches under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home Port Neches. Officiating will be Reverend Robert Montgomery of Magnolia Church. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Magnolia Church.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on August 14, 1932, he was the son of Charles A. Smith and Minnie Goodwin Smith.

Tommy was a resident of Nederland for 19 years and a member of Magnolia Church in Port Neches. He was also a member of Groves Masonic Lodge No. 1315, Scottish Rite of Galveston, and a US Navy Veteran. Tommy retired from Gulf Oil with 34 years of service.

Tommy was preceded in death by his brother, James Smith.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Smith of Nederland, Texas; son, Todd Smith; grandchild, Reagan Vela; and 3 great grandchildren; nephew, James Smith and niece, Karen Dixon.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Ferguson, Dillon Lavender, Dustin Wilkerson, Fernie Vela, Tommy Reeves, and Jon Huang.
