Velma Breaux Rouly, 90, of Montgomery, passed away on May 14, 2012 in Conroe, TX. She was born in Port Arthur, TX to the late Alfred and Emma Clark Breaux on June 13, 1921. Velma was a very active member of St. James Catholic Church and sang in the church choir.Velma is survived by daughters, Janice Crawford and husband, Bud of Nederland, Sheila Burton of Port Arthur, Sherry Broughton and husband Jim of Montgomery and Lynette Landry and husband David of Clear Lake and daughterinlaw Carol Rouly of Groves. She is also survived by brothers, Robert quotBobquot Breaux and his wife, Mary of Sunnyvale, CA, and Jim Breaux and his wife Lyn of Port Neches. Velma is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband, Francis Rouly, sons, Rev. Marcy Rouly and Arlen Rouly, granddaughter Roxanne Stansbury and greatgrandson Christopher Cady.Memorial service: 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012, at St. James Catholic Church in Port Arthur with Rev. J. C. Coon, celebrant. A gathering of family and friends will be held at St, James on Saturday, May 19, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Velma has donated her body to The Living Bank at UTMB.
