Victoriano “Victor” Becerra, 66 of Port Arthur, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at his residence. Victor was born on December 25, 1949 to Anacleto and Salud Mendoza in Lagunillas, Jalisco, Mexico.

Those left to share his memory are his mother, Salud Mendoza of Oaxaca, Mexico; wife, Frances G. Becerra of Groves, Texas; brothers, Enrique of Oaxaca, Mexico, Raul of Irapuato, Mexico, Gonzalo of Mexico City, Mexico, and Luis of Netzahualcoyotl, Mexico; sisters, Teresa of Netzahualcoyotl, Mexico, Maria of Cancun, Mexico and Irma of Mexico City, Mexico and numerous caring nieces and nephews.

Victor is preceded in death by his father, Anacleto Becerra and his sisters, Hermila and Martha Becerra.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening, April 12, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a Memorial Service to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland, Texas.

Victor always had a smile on his face. He would greet u with a smile. Then he would introduce himself & shake ur hand. He would ask u if he could help u in any way. He also played the guitar. RIP, Brother-n-law.
