Virgie Lee Blasingame, 66, of Kountze, Texas formerly of Lake Charles, Louisiana, passed away June 30, 2009 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas with her family by her side. She was born December 26, 1942 in Jennings, Louisiana to the late Clarence and Ozeit LeBlanc LeJeune.She is survived by 2 sons, Jimmy Rippeon and wife Jean of Beaumont, Texas and Tony Blasingame and wife Heather of Cheek, Texas 3 daughters, Terry Handley and husband Todd of Beaumont, Texas, Tina Wise and husband Shon of Kountze, Texas, and Cindy Landry and husband Derek of Port Neches, Texas 4 brothers, Robert, Arthur, Jimmy, and Donald LeJeune 2 sisters, Dana Turnage and Betty Timpa 18 grandchildren, Kayla Rippeon, Emily Rippeon, Ryan Rippeon, Reese Rippeon, Krystal Roach, Kristina Roach, Christopher Roach, Koby Wise, Madison Wise, Scotty LeJeune, Christian Brosch, Austin Brosch, Grace Landry, Seth Landry, Bailey Blasingame, Faith Blasingame, Luke East, and Lillie East 2 great grandchildren, Hunter Roach and Ryland Sawatzke and by numerous nieces and nephews.Virgie is preceded in death by her parents 2 brothers, Buddy and Monk LeJeune, and a sister Lillie Donner.Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. July 2, 2009. A funeral service celebrating Virgie39s life will be held on Friday, July 3, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, in Nederland, Texas, with burial to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, in Port Neches.Serving as pallbearers are Todd Handley, Derek Landry, Shon Wise, Jimmy Rippeon, Koby Wise, and Austin Brosch.
