Vivian E. Cooper

Vivian E. Cooper, 89, of Port Arthur, Texas died Friday April 16, 2010 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur. Vivian was born April 7, 1921 in Port Arthur, Texas to William Lea and Ethel Morris Lea. She was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur a homemaker and member of the First Baptist Church of Port Arthur. She was preceded in death by her two sisters. Funeral services will be held Monday April 19, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Kyle Mortin of First Baptist Church of Port Arthur officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Groves. A visitation for family and friends will held Sunday April 18, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Vivian is survived by her husband James Cooper of Port Arthur, Texas; four daughters; Ellen Lackey and husband Bill of Conroe, Texas, Billie Risinger and husband Ferron of Picayune, Mississippi, Dorothy Tantillo of Houston, Texas and Karen Cappel and husband Ogden of Gonzales, Louisiana. Eight grandchildren, Sixteen great grandchildren, and Four great great grandchildren.
