W.T. “Buzz” Walker, age 80 of Nederland, Texas passed away on March 25, 2016 in Beaumont, Texas. “Buzz” was born on March 12, 1936 to the late Wilson Alvin and Georgia Pace Walker.

“Buzz” is survived by his sons, Dennis Walker and his wife Denise of Nederland and Nathan Walker of Nederland; his daughter, Denise Bijeaux and her husband Johnny of Nederland; a brother, Bobby Walker of Tyler, Texas; his grandchildren, Joel, Jamie, Jared, Chandler, Jonathan and Brittany; his great-grandchildren, Cameron, Shea, Madison, Logan, Allie, Aubrey and Austin; and his special companion, Elaine Guy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and close friends. He will be forever loved and dearly missed.

“Buzz” is preceded in death by his parents, Wilson Alvin and Georgia Pace Walker; his loving wife, Trudy Greene Walker and his sister Cissy Locke.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Park Central Church of Christ in Port Arthur on Tuesday afternoon, March 29, 2016 from 1:00p.m. until the time of service at 2:00p.m under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home.
