Dianne, my deepest condolences to you and your family. I was unable to attend his visitation and funeral because I was on Jury Duty for 2 full days (Monday, I did not get home until almost 7 p.m., and Tuesday, I did not get home until 6 p.m.). I’m explaining because I feel so bad about not being there. I followed Wally’s very hard journey with you and prayed for him and you both. My husband knew Wally too and thought very highly of him. God and your family and friends (including me) will help you get through this terrible time in the loss of a very good and loving man.

Terry & Karen Usoff November 29, 2017
Wally was the first and only person who shook my husband's hands when he came back from Vietnam and said "Welcome home brother." So many stories that brought joy to our lives all stem from Wally. One memory was when they were all young, but could drive and they went bird hunting. Wally shot a hole in the Usoff vehicle -- when they got home Wally tried to run away without telling Mr. Usoff what happened. The other boys tackled him and made him go and tell Mr. Usoff about the accidental shotgun firing in the car. Wally and the boys all swore up and down no one was inside the car when the gun went off. For 4 years they all lied to Mr. Usoff until one day Wally had a few too many and spilled the beans -- Mr. Usoff was still mad! Poor Wally, got blamed for everything! Sad thing was it is all true! My husband's heart is broken because he feels like his best friend and ally has left the world. But he is always and forever in our hearts. Terry has shed many tears over Wally and this week is a sad one for all who knew and loved him. Wally had a sense of humor that never stopped, even when he suffered so much. He will be missed.
