Walter Ray Rossi, 76, of Port Arthur, Texas, passed away March 23, 2016. He was born July 25, 1939 in Beaumont, Texas to the late Joe Rossi and Loveina Marie Stute Rossi.

A gathering of family and friends will be Monday, March 28, 2016, from 5:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. with a brief prayer service at 6:00p.m. offered by Bro. Rick Erwin at Melancon’s Funeral Home in Nederland.
