Wanda Louise Rowley, 65, of League City, Texas, passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at her home in League City, Texas.

Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, 11:00 a.m. at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Beaumont, Texas.

Wanda was born July 14, 1958, in Williston, North Dakota, she was the daughter of Willford James and Edna James.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Rowley, and her sister Elonna Bruce as well as her parents Willford and Edna James.  She worked as a sitter for Home Health taking care of the people who needed care. She will be dearly missed and forever be in our hearts.

She is survived by her nephew Marcus James and wife Meagan James of Fannett, TX and her niece Amber Porter of Orange, Texas and her great niece and nephews Autumn and Austin James and Jase Porter.
