RIP little brother, you are surely with your Dad by the side of God. There is no other place but Heaven for such a pure and innocent soul. I have so many memories of Wayne growing up and being friends with Neal and always hanging out at their house. Wayne really was like a little brother to me. With all his life challenges he always had a smile on his face and a handshake when I would see him. I remember his laugh when we did things that would get us in trouble and Wayne would always be right there having a good time. I know that you are just like everyone else now and happy being with your dad again. Rest high on that mountain Wayne, you deserve it.
