I will miss Billy's sense of humor and his intellect! In spite of his health issues, he was not a complainer and was fun to be around. Even though we didn't see him often, it was easy to maintain the kind of friendship that makes it easy to pick up where you left off the last time you were together. Jim and I will miss talking with him. Rest in Peace, Billy. Janell Keeling

Bill will dearly be missed by all and I will miss our frequent phone conversations and the good visits that we have had. Bill was my best Texas friend and 56 years ago he stood with me and Janell as the " Best Man " at our wedding. He fought a good fight and now he can rest. Jim in Billings, Montana
