Wilma Elizabeth Richard, 84, of Nederland, Texas passed away May 29, 2010 with her family at her side at Cypress Glen Nursing Home in Port Arthur. She was born September 30, 1925 in Church Point, LA to the late Ernest Bourgeois and Avie Thibodeaux Bourgeois. She was a Homemaker and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Nederland. She was a devoted mother to Eddy Richard of Groves , and Barbara Richard Hillard of Nederland survived by brothers, Armond Bourgeois, Rufus Bourgeois, and Jim Bourgeois sisters , Lucille Matt, Helen DeFraia, Gloria Bodi, and Rosie LaLonde 4 granddaughters and 3 greatgrandsons.She is preceded in death by her husband Alexis quotAlexquot Richard sons, Wayne and Terry Richard daughter, Betty Elledge and brother, Ravis Bourgeois.
