Wilma Young Wilma Young, 85, of Groves, departed from this life on Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas. She was born on January 2, 1928 to Allen and Rachel Foster Durbin. Wilma had lived in this area since 1972 and was an elementary school counselor for the Port Arthur Independent School District. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Hollis Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation for family and friends will be Monday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Earnest Young. She is survived by her daughter, Sherri Cole and husband, Tim of Groves, TX., son, Ronald Young and wife, Linda of Oxford, MS., sister, Gloria Roberts and husband, Hollis of Leesville, LA., brother, Glen Allen Durbin and wife, Jo of Ville Platte, LA., five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
