Zelda B. Williams, 85, of Groves, Texas passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010. Zelda was born April 22, 1925 in Dayton, Texas to Lycurgus Fields and Essie Brown Fields. She was a resident of Groves for 57 years and was a longtime member of Groves First United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 17, 2010 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Reverend Alan Van Hooser officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park in Port Neches. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday evening from 6:00p.m.-8:00p.m. at the funeral home. She left this world on June 15th to be with her late husband, Clyde J. Williams. Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl Dee Leger and husband, Joe of Port Neches; sons, Clyde Jeffery Williams of Fort Worth, and Casey Lee Williams of Euless; one sister, Billie Jean Rohe of Tyler; eight grandchildren, Carrie Fischer and husband, Robert, Dee Dee Foret and husband, Tony, Justin Williams, Angela Williams, Johnathan Williams, Joshua Williams, Hannah Williams, Michael Williams; three great-grandchildren, Ryan Fischer, Stephynn Miller, and Lane Dodson.
