My heart is especially heavy as I say goodbye to one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever had the privilege of caring for. 🤍 For two years, I had the honor of being part of your journey. You were never “just a patient.” You became someone I looked forward to seeing, someone I cared deeply about, and someone who left a lasting place in my heart. Caring for you was truly a privilege, and I will forever be grateful for the trust you and your family placed in me. Your sweetness, your spirit, and the memories we made will stay with me long after today. Rest peacefully, sweet angel. Your earthly journey is complete, and I hope you know just how deeply you were loved. 🕊️🤍 Until we meet again.
